We Are Recruiting
NCH&C employs more than 3,000 full-time equivalent members of staff. 80% of these are healthcare professionals such as doctors, dentists, nurses and physiotherapists.
Many others are people you will meet or speak to over the phone; from the administrative assistant who arranges your appointment to the receptionist who greets you when you arrive at our clinics or community hospitals.
Other staff work behind the scenes maintaining our wards and clinics, ensuring our services are of the highest and safest standards, or making sure NHS money is well spent on the best healthcare for our communities.
NCH&C delivers a wide range of personalised care services for everyone, from babies to the elderly, including end of life care to people who are dying and support for their families. Our mission is to deliver care closer to home, which means we need staff with the skills to deliver care in a wide range of settings. We’re fully committed to supporting our staff to develop these skills.
Work for an Outstanding NHS trust
We have been awarded an "outstanding" rating by the CQC for the quality of our care – a first for a standalone NHS Community Trust in England.
NCH&C offers Apprenticeships which are nationally recognised vocational work-based development programmes in both clinical and non-clinical areas.
Work experience and placements
A placement with our Trust could give you the opportunity to find out what skills employers are looking for when they’re hiring someone to fill a job vacancy.
Temporary Worker Service (TWS)
TWS provides a high quality, flexible workforce of temporary staff for all areas of our organisation.
