Join us at Alder Ward

Is an outstanding job on your Christmas list?

Alder ward at Norwich Community Hospital on Bowthorpe Road is looking to expand its valued team of nurses and is holding an open day on Tuesday, 10 December from 10am to 4pm, where you can find out more.

If you are a band 5 nurse and would like to work in a friendly and supportive environment, enabling delivery of care that is efficient and responsive to patient need, then we would like to hear from you!

The ward delivers care for up to 24 patients to prevent admission or following a period of admission to our partner acute hospitals.

Carolyn Fowler, Director of Nursing and Quality said “We are proud to be the first standalone NHS Community Trust in the UK to achieve an ‘Outstanding’ rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Our focus is on continually improving the quality of care we offer to local people and on improving access to that care, helping people to move seamlessly from one service to another.

“If you are thinking about a change in career or a new role for the New Year, then I would encourage you to come along to the open day and see for yourselves what we can offer. We have a really friendly environment and are really keen to build a new outstanding team on Alder ward.”

We are recruiting full, part-time and bank posts.

On the day you can:
